Do you offer a warranty on used parts?

I offer a 30-day warranty on all parts that I replace. That is, if you live within 150 miles of Fort Wayne, IN 46825 and request an on-site service call, I will warrant the parts from defect. Regretfully, this warranty can not be extended to parts shipped. Due in part to the lack of experience that an end-user may have in servicing designjets and also to discourage 'exploratory surgery' with a backstop.

For 10 years I've been managing http://stores.shop.ebay.com/tabcom making parts shipment a priority when orders are received. If you live in the midwest, you can expect your package to arrive next day via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. East Coast and South regions -- 2 days. West Coast -- 2 or 3 days. International shipping times range from 6-10 days.
