I am a certified HP Field Service Engineer with over 13 years experience servicing HP DesignJet Plotters.

My DesignJet Plotter Refurb Checklist Includes:

1. New carriage belt replaced (good for 4-5 years).
2. Service station recalibrated to factory specs.
3. Slider rails lubricated.
4. Service tests preformed.
5. Calibrations to return the plotter to factory specs.
6. I can also pre-program the plotter with your network IP address.

I offer a limited 30 Day On-Site Parts and Labor Warranty for a Buyer within 150 miles of zip code 46825.
I also offer free telephone support for 30 days.

For an additional $135; Installation and Training Procedures includes:

1. I will assemble the printer, and inspect the printer for proper operation. Inks and media will be loaded in the printer and the end user will be instructed on the proper loading procedures.
2. I will connect the printer to one computer and load the system drivers on the computer. A driver test page will be printed to insure the system is working correctly.
3. I will then give the buyer an overview of the printers front panel, (including the basic menu structure), review the features of the printer driver and the manufacturers documentation.

Restrictions: 1) Buyer must be located within 150 miles of zip code: 46825 2) Maximum of 2 hours on-site.($150 per hour thereafter)

 If plotter is to be shipped outside my service area, I will include free telephone support to assist buyer in setting up plotter to one end-user's workstation and to assist printing a test page. 

I can also arrange a pick-up of plotter or I'm willing to drive up to 150 miles of Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825 to arrange a plotter transfer from my vehicle to buyer's vehicle.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, simply contact me at tabcom@hotmail.com and I will issue a RMA.
Your satisfaction is my first priority!

o Payment must be received with 5-days of ended aution

o Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges are included in the list price and will be deducted from a refund if item is returned.

o All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.

o An RMA must be requested within 10 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.

o The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issued date.

o Warranty is for the hardware only, ink and other consumables are not covered.

o When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.

o Plotter must be returned in the same condition it was received. That is, when I power it up, it must boot-up to a ready state on the display panel and print a diagnostic print.
Also, returns must include all accessories, and shipped in the original packaging that I sent it.

o If the returned item does not meet the above requierements, a 8% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

o In the event that the Freight Company damages the securely packaged plotter in shipping, the Buyer must contact Freight Company to initiate an insurance claim on damaged package
