How to troubleshoot a 05:10 error message:

A 05:10 error on the front panel of the printer indicates a formatter card failure. This issue usually does not require on-site service, as the formatter card is a user-replaceable part.

Please remove the memory chip in your defective board. You will have to use it in the new board. Also, please package the defective board in an electrostatic bag if possible with plenty of padding. It is very important that I receive your defective card with minimum damage to it. Otherwise, I may have to return it to you as unrepairable.
