That is, if you live within 150 miles of zip code 46825 and contract me to come on-site to replace any parts, I will offer a 30 Day Warranty on the parts. -- If the part is shipped to you, the part is ‘sold as’ is with no returns, no refunds.
I also offer free telephone support for 30 days.

Terms and Warranty on Plotters

My DesignJet Plotter Refurb Checklist Includes:

1. New carriage belt replaced (good for 4-5 years).
2. Service station recalibrated to factory specs.
3. Slider rails lubricated.
4. Service tests preformed.
5. Calibrations preformed to return the plotter to factory specs.
6. I can also pre-program the plotter with your network IP address

For an additional $135; Installation and Training Procedures includes:

1. I will assemble the printer, and inspect the printer for proper operation. Inks and media will be loaded in the printer and the end user will be instructed on the proper loading procedures.
2. I will connect the printer to one computer and load the system drivers on the computer. A driver test page will be printed to insure the system is working correctly.
3. I will then give the buyer an overview of the printers front panel, including the basic menu structure, review the features of the printer driver and the manufacturers documentation.

Restrictions: 1) Buyer must be located within 150 miles of zip code: 46825 2) Maximum of 2 hours on-site.($150 per hour thereafter)

 If the plotter is to be shipped outside of my service area, I will include free telephone support to assist the buyer in setting up the plotter to one end users workstation and printing a test page.

I can also either arrange a pick-up of the plotter or I'm willing to drive up to 150 miles of Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825 to arrange a transfer from my vehicle to the buyer's vehicle of the plotter.

This warranty does not include replacement of consumables.
